Call or email with your document type and preferred location — home, office, or a spot nearby.

2. Bring ID, unsigned

Bring valid government-issued photo ID and your unsigned document. Washington requires signing in my presence.

3. Sign & notarize

I confirm identity, witness the signature, and complete the notarial certificate on the spot.

No. Certain vital records, including birth certificates, must be certified directly through the issuing government agency rather than a notary public.
